Note: Members of NSCA shall be given full opportunity to make nominations for each office from the floor, provided that all such nominees shall indicate their willingness to serve prior to the casting of ballots.

NOTICE OF DUES FOR Fiscal Year 2023

Dear North Star Residents:
Annual membership dues fund the costs associated with community obligations and activities such as snow removal, insurance, franchise taxes, common property maintenance, legal fees, printing and postage fees, website hosting services, community directory, social programs and any other administrative or maintenance costs associated with community operations. Payment of dues also makes your residence a member of the NSCA with eligibility to participate in community meetings and activities, receive a community directory and email notices regarding events, suspicious activities or other concerns happening in the neighborhood.
NSCA association annual membership dues for fiscal year 2023 will remain the same as last year:
- $50 for all North Star Community homes that are not on North Star Road, and
- $25 for homes with a North Star Road address (as that road is snow plowed by DelDOT).
If you chose to pay dues by credit or debit card on this website. Follow the prompts on the homepage. Upon paying dues, you will receive an email confirming your payment, along with a password for the secure members only section, which includes access to the printable digital member directory.
